The Zian Bank Tower, also informally known as the Tofino Tower, is a 591 m (1,939 ft) tall mixed-use skyscraper in Tofino, Zamastan, which was completed in October 2016. It is the tallest tower in Zamastan and the fourth-tallest building in the world. The Zian Bank Tower has a total of 116 above ground and five below ground floors and houses a shopping mall, offices, apartments, and a hotel. The tower is situated on a 27,000 m2 (290,000 sq ft) lot along 50th Avenue in Donaldson, Tofino's central business district. The Zian Bank Tower is part of the Tofino Twin Towers complex. The other tower of the pair, the 439 m (1,439 ft) tall Forrester Tower, is located on the other side of the axis.
