Abdul Rashid ibn Biantaliun al-Nadiri (12 June 1990) is the son and heir-apparent of Pantaleon II.

As with his father and his house, Abdul Rashid is a descendant of the Seleucid dynasty, with lineage to Seleucus X Eupator, Thessalonike of Nabataea, and Demetrius III of Nabataea. Consequently, he is able to wield the Staff of Seleucus and the Twelve Royal Lesser Weapons. Abdul Rashid is also a gifted individual, adept in political administration, scientific studies, and military campaigning. Abdul Rashid, although somewhat aloof and stubborn in nature, is intelligent, friendly and outgoing. Aside his mother tongue of Arabic, he is also fluent in English, Persian, Hindi, Punjabi, and Greek, the latter a language the Deseleni uses to communicate in secret.
