Administrative Divisions of Hétumoger
The Administrative divisions of Hétumoger are the governing entities that make up the Noble Republic of Hétumoger. Districts, states, counties, and noble estates alongside municipalities. The governing document that defines the powers of a local government based on their division is outlined in the Administrative Act of the Nepkormany.
The first level of a local government is the District government, of which there are 17 districts. Local governments are free to create their own model of government, but are subject to the oversight of the Nepkormany. All 17 districts are considered to apart of Hétumoger and not as a sovereign entity on its own. Their powers are assigned and detailed by legislation. All other powers that are not detailed mainly within the Administrative Act of the Nepkormany are delegated to the federal government and are at the discretion of the federal government.
