Japanese Ground Self Defense Force (JGSDF) Soldiers from the 20th Infantry Regiment, armed with Howa 5.56 mm Type 89 assault rifles, demonstrate Military Operations in Urban Terrain (MOUT) techniques in the snow, during Exercise FOREST LIGHT 2004, conducted in the Ojojibara Maneuver Area of Sendai, Japan. Forest Light is a bi-lateral training exercise conducted between the JGSDF and the US Marine Corps (USMC). Location: OJOJIBARA, SENDAI JAPAN (JPN) Camera Operator: LCPL JAMES J.
