A karjelzés alapja hegyes talpú osztatlan pajzs. Az alapszíne zöld, melyet sötétbarna szegély keretez. A pajzsfő két részre oszlik. A pajzs bal oldala szürke, piros és fekete kontúrvonalakkal. A bal oldali pajzsban szürke B betű fekete kontúrral. A pajzs jobb oldala piros, szürke és fekete kontúrvonalakkal. A jobb oldali pajzsban szürke I betű fekete kontúrral. A pajzs közepén keresztben elhelyezve buzogány és kovapisztoly. A buzogány fehér színű fekete kontúrral, a kovapisztoly barna színű fekete kontúrral. A pisztoly elsütő szerkezete sárga színű. A pajzs közepén felül sárga színű korona. A pajzs alsó részén sárga színű 5. felirat helyezkedik el.

Likewise, the Office will not register a government edict issued by any foreign government or any translation prepared by a government employee acting within the course of his or her official duties."
