Bandeira retangular de côr azul marinho, tendo, a meio, cruzando-se em ângulo reto, dois alinhamentos de estrêlas brancas num total de vinte e uma que a dividem em 4 quadriláteros iguais; ramos da cruz treze (13) estrêlas no sentido do comprimento e nove (9) no de largura, igualmente espaçadas entre si em ambos os ramos; estrêla situada no centro da cruz, coincidindo com o da bandeira")[1]
