Summary
DescriptionRosemount "Bunny Boots" ski boots.JPG |
English: The image shows a pair of Rosemount ski boots, typical of the 1969 and later "Fastback" models. During the early 1970s, Playboy ran a number of ski resorts in the US. These Rosemont Fastback boots were produced for them under a branding scheme.
The fastback models used an external screw adjustment to change the natural forward lean of the boots. They could be moved forward for high speed on smooth runs, or back for looser snow or bumps. The control is the black dial on the back of the boot, between the two silver metal pieces. |
