Izidóra Teodóra was a Rédic justice, philosopher and scholar who created the Citizens Judiciary Court during the Citizens Republic of Hétumoger and was the first First Justicar of the Citizens Republic from 1929 to 1937. She was also one of the Four Blue Vanguards. Izidóra was most remember for her strict abidance of the legal code of the Citizens Republic that was laid down by her and the four vanguards, as well as being the primary author of the Manifesto of the Citizens Republic. She was credited for the textualist ideology that was later followed by the Citizens Republic and the Judiciary Court.

Born in Rédics, Izidóra was given the name of her foreign mother Isadora. Raised in Rédics, she moved to Nagymező to attend Central University of Nagymező enrolling in law. There, she met Sólyom Magdolna, Béla Edvárd, and István Szálast where the three would become the Four Blue Vanguards.
