Julie Miskell is a Aisling actress best known for her role as Myrna Danis in the series Marshal Law. She had no acting experience prior to her casting in Marshal Law, and was chosen for the part while creator Teo Agnew was touring the rural town of Cabra, the setting for most of the shows action. He saw Miskell, working as a clerk in the town's general store, and approached her about appearing in the series.
Early life
Career
In 2022, Miskell was cast in the role of Katriona in the 2022 film Girls Just Want To Have Fun. The movie tells the story of four young high school woman who are ostracized by their peers for their musical taste and seek to expose their high school student body to electronic dance music. The movie also stars adult entertainer Ciara Canton in her first mainstream role, Neassa Bennett, and Kinley Quinn, along with EDM artist Adelaide playing herself in the movie final scenes. The movie received mixed reviews from views, and was a marginal success.
Personal life
In 2015, Miskell left Temuair to attended school in the Shenandoahan Commonwealth at the prestigious Blue Ridge State University. While attending classes, she met and befriended needlegrass/rock signer Laci O’Leary. In 2019, Miskell graduated from BRSU with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Film Studies and has since returned to Temuair.
