Patrick XIII (Pádraig Cathal Gustaf Andersson; 7 August 1922 – 2 March 1995) was Emperor of the Goutian Empire and its territory's from 12 January 1952 until his death in 1995. His reign of 43 years and 188 days is the 3rd longest of any Gotneskan Monarch.
