Tokai is one of 13 city-districts in Torisakia. It is bordered by Koradai to the east, Douglas-La Pryor to the south, East Lake to the southwest, Postmeridian to the west, and Ogino to the northwest. Tokai is the largest city-district by area and the most populous of the 13 city-districts.
