Vallée Voyageurs
Template:Infobox NFL team The Vallée Voyageurs are a professional Arcadian football team based in Vallée-à-l'Aise, Nouvelle-Etendue. They compete in the Arcadian Professional Football League's North Continental Division alongside the two other teams from the Nouvelle-Etendue, the Porte Montagnards and the Baie Icemen; they are the second-oldest Etendien team currently competing in the APFL behind the Montagnards and the third chronologically to do so.
The Voyageurs joined the APFL in 1978 as an expansion team following a successful lobbying campaign by citizens in celebration of both the city's 1979 bicentennial and its growing economic ties to Arcadia. First playing in the Colisée Municipal, in 1986, they moved into the purpose-built Stade de l'Etendue, which was replaced in 2008 by a new stadium of the same name.
The team has a particularly passionate rivalry with the Porte Montagnards; the Montagnards and Voyageurs respectively play for the capital and largest city in the Etendue. The last game of the season between these two teams is known as the Glacial Bowl (French: Bol Glaciare) and, in spite of the relatively small Etendien media market, has evolved into primetime viewing even in Arcadia; postseason meetings between these teams have devolved into serious violence between fans on multiple occasions. The Voyageurs are the most popular team by revenue, merchandise sales, and Nielsen ratings in the Etendue.
Since joining the APFL, the Voyageurs have won the North Continental Division 13 times, made the playoffs 21 times, and appeared in the Union Bowl twice, in TKTK and TKTK.
