Whitmarche (Wießmarc), officially the Grand Duchy of Whitmarche (Großherezogdum Wießmarc), is a country in Thuadia. It is bordered by Nerany to the northeast, Anderum to the south, and the Sivuk Gulf to the west.

Whitmarche is a constitutional monarchy, a parliamentary democracy, and a unitary state. The National Diet is bicameral, consisting of the State Council and the Assembly of the People's Representatives. The former is composed of 41 Councilors, 31 of which are elected by the National Assembly, 9 of which are appointed by the Grand Duke, and 1 being the Archbishop of Ricsfurt. The 70 members of the National Assembly are elected by way of a party-list proportional voting system. Per the constitution, all adult citizens have both a right and responsibility to vote, and Whitmarche has compulsory voting for all eligible citizens.
The Grand Duke (currently Joseph II) is the head of state. The Grand Duke has the power to declare war and peace, appoint a Minister-president with the confidence of the National Diet, and, with the assent of the State Council, dissolve the Assembly and call new elections. Bills passed by the National Assembly must be ratified by the Grand Duke in order to become law, though a veto by the monarch can be overridden by a combination of a three-fifths vote of the National Assembly and a simple majority vote of the State Council.

The predominant religion in Whitmarche is Christianity, specifically Catholicism. The 1989 constitution establishes the Catholic Church as the state religion while also guaranteeing freedom of religion.
