Blessings to the purity of the nation (Kabwe: "Sikelele kweNgenalutho isiBoloke we") currently serves as the national anthem of [[Kitwe]]. It sings about the bountiful nature of the country and the unity between it's people. The song has been written in 1983 and proposed to be the national anthem of Kitwe in 1991. It has won the place to be the official national anthem in the senate vote.
