The Kasi people (({{wp|Thai language|Kasine}}: 咖偲人 ''Khæs̄rī kon''; {{wp|Lao language|Kachai}} ກະຈຮະິ ຄົນ ''Kachai Khon'') are a [[Southeast Coius|Southeast Coian]] ethnic group originally native to modern-day [[Shangea]], now largely found in [[Kuthina]], [[Lavana]], {{wp|Isan|Phet}}, and [[Zomia]],  with significant minorities across [[South Coius|South]] and [[Southeast Coius]]. They speak a range of mutually intelligible {{wp|Southwestern Tai languages#Languages|Kasi}} dialects and language from the {{wp|Southwestern Tai languages|Eastern Fa-Naw languages}}, and are related to other {{wp|Austroasiatic language|Austrocoiatic}} peoples, such as the {{wp|Tày people|Kraw}}, and {{wp|Zhuang people|Rao}}.
