The Kasi people ((Kasine: 咖偲人 Khæs̄rī kon; Kachai ກະຈຮະິ ຄົນ Kachai Khon) are a Southeast Coian ethnic group originally native to modern-day Shangea, now largely found in Kuthina, Lavana, Phet, and Zomia, with significant minorities across South and Southeast Coius. They speak a range of mutually intelligible Kasi dialects and language from the Eastern Fa-Naw languages, and are related to other Austrocoiatic peoples, such as the Kraw, and Rao.
