Located {{convert|12.4|km|mi}} northwest of central Arkhavn, IPIA is the largest and busiest airport in Andalla. In 2017, the airport ranked among the world's [[Busiest airports on Eurth by passenger traffic|top 50 busiest airports]] for passenger traffic. IPIA serves x destinations in x countries on all 6 inhabited continents, and ranks highly on the International Airport Connection Index (IACI).

IPIA opened. A major connecting hub for passengers travelling between East Europa to Alharu and Aurelia, nearly 50% of annual passenger traffic consists of international connecting passengers. International [[Wikipedia:o&d|O&D]] passengers make up another 30% of passenger traffic, while total domestic traffic accounts for the remaining 20%. IPIA also sees little amounts of general aviation traffic, mostly consisting of private jets.

IPIA serves as either a hub or focus city for nearly every major Andallan airline.
