'''Arfram Black-Eagle''' (Proto-Koudish: ''Arfram Blakar''; Late Common Lathi: ''Aferam Shibīendi'') was a [[Ruageuti|Rua]] adventurer and legendary monarch in early [[Vostau|Vostauc]] history. He lived in the 2nd and 3rd Centuries CE, and is said to have been the progenitor in various capacities of all subsequent Rua dynasties and kingdoms. A barrow attributed by many archaeologists and historians to Arfram is located outside the $SETTLEMENT of $NAME.
