Arfram Black-Eagle

Arfram Black-Eagle (Proto-Koudish: Arfram Blakar; Late Common Lathi: Aferam Shibīendi) was a Rua adventurer and legendary monarch in early Vostauc history. He lived in the 2nd and 3rd Centuries CE, and is said to have been the progenitor in various capacities of all subsequent Rua dynasties and kingdoms. A barrow attributed by many archaeologists and historians to Arfram is located outside the $SETTLEMENT of $NAME.
