[[Lucerna]] was a province of the [[Empire of Exponent]]. Following the collapse of the Empire, Lucerna was absorbed into the short-lived Republic of [[Ravetta]]. After Ravetta's annexation into the [[Blackhelm Confederacy]], Lucerna remained a part of the new Ravettan province, but remains a culturally distinct region within the Blackhelm Confederacy.
