The Autoput System is an expressway system in the Republic of Sebrenskiya.

Initially created as a military reinforcement route from Letnia to Maldania, it was later expanded to connect all of the Capital Cities in Sebrenskiya's Republic Divisions.

The routes see millions of cars daily, and are the primary travel lifeline between Northern Casaterra and Southern Casaterra. They are also the primary routes for articulated lorries, keeping Sebrenskiya's economy mobile.

Sebrenskiya is considering significant expansions to the system, including toll highways between Kyustendil and Letnia.

Roadway Standards

The Sebrenskiyan National Department of Transportation has defined a set of standards for roadways designated under the Autoput System. One of these standards are controlled access through the entire route, though two exceptions exist.

Speed Limits

Sebrenskiyan Autoput highways typically vary between 100km/h and 140km/h. In general, the Sebrenskiyan Ministry of Transportation has outlined the following rules:

Highways with 100km/h speed limits:

  • High Volume with Frequent Entrances (national minimum of 5 kilometer space, typically with multi-lane collection-distribution lanes)

Highways with 110km/h speed limits:

  • High Volume with Moderate Entrances
  • Moderate Volume with Frequent Entrances

Highways with 120km/h speed limits:

  • High volume with Infrequent Entrances
  • Moderate volume with Moderate Entrances
  • Low Volume with Frequent Entrances

Highways with 130km/h speed limits:

  • Moderate Volume with Infrequent Entrances
  • Low Volume with Moderate Entrances

Highways with 140km/h speed limits:

  • Low Volume with Infrequent Entrances

Highways with Exceptions:

  • Autoput 5 and Autoput 6 speed limits fall to 80km/h when approaching their junction: They are connected via stop-light with National Highway 7165 and National Highway 4178.
  • Autoput 511 drops to 60 km/h in preparation for a roundabout ending - Autoput 511 does not connect with the existing Autoput 6 system.
