Cinn Óir (Irish, meaning "golden head"), also known as Keenore, is a principality in the Maltropian Islands. It is the seventh-most populous principality, with a population of 7,839,128. Covering 100,531.03 square kilometres, it is Maltropia's twelfth largest principality. Its largest city is Rinnfiadh and its administrative seat is Ros Cuilinn.
It is bounded to the north by Myre and to the northeast by Chetwynd. It is divided into two chief parts: one on the Islander mainland and one comprising the island of ___, separated from the mainland by Caolas Óir (the Golden Strait). The west of the principality consists of a string of islands, separated by narrow channels, known as the Great Western Girdle.
