The War of First Contact, also referred to as 9 Month War, was a large scale military conflict in Sunalaya. This conflict was a direct result of the invasion of the Verbians at the turning of the century on the first of January, 2100. The war saw the uniting of nearly all Sunalayan nations to combat the threat, eventually leading to the capitulation of Sunalaya and the rise of the Occupation Period from 2100-2109.
