The Grand Nagus (Spanish: Gran Nagus de Priborn) currently Andrés Carrizosa, is the head of state and the commander-in-chief of the Corporate Combat Forces. The Grand Nagus is both the political leader of the Conglomerate as well as the economic leader. Virtually all decisions that affected Prybourne are required the approval of the Grand Nagus, whose powers are supported by the Prybourne Bill of Opportunities and backed by the First Clerk and Prybourne Commerce Authority. While the Nagus operates indepedently from the National Board of Executives, the Nagus can also overrule the decisions of the National Board of Executives. The Grand Nagus heads the Chief Executives Board, an advisory body to the Nagus who are composed of members of the Fortune Five. The Grand Nagus is elected from the Chief Executives Board by the members of the Board and serves until their death, removal, or step down from office.

The National Board of Executives (Spanish:Junta Nacional de Ejecutivos) is the unicameral legislature of the National Conglomerate of Prybourne. The Board meets in the Tower of Commerce, in Duron. The Board consists of 12 members, consisting of members from the state Conglomerate,The Board manages the task of writing national legislation by dividing work into separate committees which specialize in different areas. Further, the board has ancillary organizations to help provide it with information ad enforcement and members of the board have staff and offices to assist them as well. In addition, a vast industry of lobbyists helps members write legislation on behalf of diverse corporate and labor interests. The National Board is headed by the First Clerk who is elected on a national basis from among the corporate representatives on the National Board to 10 year terms. There is no term limit for the First Clerk.
Judicial
The Prybourne Judicatory Commission (Spanish:Comisión Judicatora de Priborn) is overseer organization in the national judiciary of Prybourne. It has ultimate (and largely discretionary) appellate jurisdiction over all national and state court cases as well as oversight of the Prybourne Commerce Authority.
