Rojava (Kurdish:Rojava) is one of the four communities and regions of the Republic of Kurdistan.—alongside Kurmanjistan, Soranijan, Palewanistan and the Amed Capital Region. It occupies the southwestern part of Kurdistan, included disputed territory from Syria and covers an area of. Rojava consist of 8 districts (5 if the 3 districts that are part of the dispute aren't counted). Its capital is the city of Antolojî.
