The 2020-21 Copa de Mydra (otherwise known as the Mydran Cup) is the 128th edition of the tournament, which is the oldest professional footballing competitions in Midrasia, and one of the oldest in Mundial.

The tournament will see all teams apart from 2 within the Midrasian professional divisions of Liga Premiére, Liga 2, and Liga 3 compete. The two teams that did not compete are those promoted from the Division Nationale. This rule was introduced to give teams newly promoted to the professional divisions the advantage of not playing extra games to better enable them to survive within the league.

Liga Premiére side FC Hellingbourg are the reigning champions, having won their 2nd title within the 2019-20 season after defeating Olympique de Lotrique 1-0 in the final.
