The 2019-20 Copa de Mydra (otherwise known as the Mydran Cup) is the 127th edition of the tournament, which is the oldest professional footballing competitions in Midrasia, and one of the oldest in Mundial.

The tournament saw all teams apart from 2 within the Midrasian professional divisions of Liga Premiére, Liga 2, and Liga 3 compete. The two teams that did not compete are those promoted from the Division Nationale. This rule was introduced to give teams newly promoted to the professional divisions the advantage of not playing extra games to better enable them to survive within the league.

Liga Premiére side Olympique de Lotrique were the reigning champions, having won their 9th title within the 2018-19 season. The tournament was won by FC Hellingbourg who beat Olympique de Lotrique 1-0 within the final to win their second ever Copa de Mydra title.
