The 2005 Espoona Terror Attack were a series of terror attacks that took place on new year's day 2005 between 12 Midnight and 2pm.
Incidents
First Attack And Shooting
When the projected clock on the Espoona Tower stroked 12 midnight, multiple bombs went off in the city. Originally, many people mistook them for fireworks and continued the celebration. However, several people saw explosions and called the authorities. The bombs killed 21 people. However, just after the explosions were heard, several men in hoods flooded the scene armed with guns and one man, who cannot be named for security reasons, ran across the stage and shot the current president, Justin Chan at point blank range. Second Attack
The time was then 1pm and thousands of armed police had flooded the scene. Then, without warning, another bomb went off, injuring another 13 people. All of the terrorists were found and put to death for their crimes.
Aftermath
What followed included:
- The Justin Chan Foundation was set up to support the family of the late Justin Chan
- The Justin Chan Memorial Stadium was built for Espoona SFC
- The Justin Chan Award was founded
- All guns were banned in Espoona, including all police guns
