Pelzmann International Air Logistics is a Radictistani cargo airline based at Norcust-Hartfer International Airport. It is a small airline operating only six aircraft. It serves a niche as a provider of short-term cargo transport services "with no questions asked." The company has made a name for itself flying into warzones on behalf of Radictistani volunteer battalions and other organizations, both commercial and nonprofit. The PIAL fleet consists of one 767-300 and three Il-76TD aircraft along with two examples of the newer Il-76TD-90VD model with newer, more efficient engines.
