The Ossorian Home Guard is the collected territorial defense forces of the High Kingdom’s Constituent States. The Home Guard is under the dual control of the state and the federal governments, being managed and administered by the Ministry of Military Affairs and the Military Board, but ultimately answers to their respective state governments in times of peace.
