The party had the biggest support in the city-states of Jackson, Upper  and Lower West Phoenicia and Tallahassee Central. Where the party had it a first city-state branches. As of 2020 they have branches in all 53 city-states.

TThe party continued to grow and during the 50's stayed in power for the whole decade. During that time a number of the Conservative policies were reverses. And the party nominates two justices to sit on the West Phoenician Supreme Court.
It fully supported the War with Empire of North Ivoria, especially when the West Phoenician ambassador and his family were murdered. Their focus was on diplomacy first, and when that failed where fully supportive of military intervention.
During the 60s and 70s, womens and minority rights continued to be policies the party supported. As well as a new focus on the environment.
During the times, many of the younger members of the party took to the streets to protest for change.
The party took on a more centre-left ideology during this phase. The right faction were able to stop too much damage in areas of stripping further entitlements from the royal family and opposing right wing free speech and what they saw as the war on religion as well as the younger generation protesting the current wars.
After slipping in seats due to  a number of radical policies, the party swung back to a centrist platform.
During the 80s the party introduced legislation against drugs, corporate greed and invested money into the health systems.

During the reign of Queen Jezebel Bush between 2000 and 2010, due to their choice not to speak out the party was not targeted by the queen. The small number who did voice opposition to her reign were removed from the party.

Many members were later accused of assisting in war crimes and turning a blind eye to citizens who protested, being exiled, sent to prison or executed.
Only towards the end when she was losing the battle did a number of party members switch their alliance.
Party Leader Anton Moore was killed in a bomb blast in 2010, just as the 5th West Phoenician civil war was winding down. Anton Moore was perceived by many as a sell out for supporting the queen.

The West Phoenicia Empire First Party was founded in 1915 by Roman Van Dyke.

It is the largest centrist party in West Phoenicia and is in a union with; Justice Party of West Phoenicia, Animal Justice Party and the Democratic Monarchist Party.

The West Phoenicia Empire First Party and The Antebellum Conservative Party Party are the two major parties that have spent the most time in government.

As of 2010 they are the Opposition to the Coalition.
