The Skrog Party for Common Sense is a recently established political party, formed in order to support the late Premier Even Skrog's policies in parliament. Following Skrog's death, the party has struggled with decreased membership numbers, as well as difficulty in adopting a coherent party program. Overall, the party aligns to the right, supporting privatization of state assets and reduced taxes, but has little policies beyond these. Individual politicians of the SPCS generally vote according to their own conscience, with individual MPs ranging from libertarians to social-conservatives.
