The Kaiserliche-Garde, also known as the Englean Imperial Guards, is an independent entity within the Englean Kaiserreich tasked with the protection of the Englean Imperial Family. The Kaiserliche-Garde is often regarded as the "elite units" of the Kaiserreich, and will only be deployed in a military operation if it is deemed "absolutely necessary." Prior to the 20th Century, the Kaiserliche-Garde was attached to the Kaiserliche Heer as elite divisions to be used in battle. After the Second Great War, the Kaiserliche-Garde was downgraded into a smaller force dedicated to protecting the Imperial Family.
