Leanne Namiko (7 August 1997) is a Basel-Ebelian born Nihhonese soldier and former mercenary currently serving in Task Force 141.
Losing her parents at the age of 5, she was taken in and grew up in an orphanage, she was the only one that remained not to be adopted beyond the age of 18 until when the orphanage caught on fire. She was rescued by two Basel-Ebelian mercenaries Vashyron Constantine and Zephyr Smits. She eventually grew to live in the kind of world that the two lived, often taking jobs, even if it was ridiculous just to make a living. They also even took law enforcement work from the Ebel Metropolitan Police Force to earn money. Their skills were later on recognised by a Baselian officer, who had contacts with the brass. The three were offered a permanent job in the army with a wage of 20 Gils per hour and working for 8 hours per day.
Realising that this could make their lives easier, being that the offer was giving them more than how much they earned, the three accepted. Later on, the three were scouted by then-General Kiriya Kitagawa when he visited Ebel City in late 2015. Offering them a place in his newly created Task Force, they agreed.
Leanne is the subject of various jokes by Zephyr, but she would later realise that it was his way of showing his feelings towards her. As a result, she accepted his feelings and they became lovers.
