Mosyereti, officially the Republic of Mosyereti is a dominant-party presidential republic located in southwestern Meridia. It is bordered by the South Meridian Repulbic, Wustenfelsen and Kouraki to the west, Mushayiah and Husseinarti to the North and Verpletterant and Yikaizi to the East.
The country is currently ruled by the President of Mosyereti, with the current incumbent, Ephrem Hassan, having held the office since 1998. International observers have described Hassan as a despot, however since 1998 the GDP per capita has more than doubled, the local HDI has risen to the highest levels in recorded history due to aggressive corporatist policies and gentrification efforts especially in the capital, Aleta Selam. Despite these superficial advances, Mosyereti has been embroiled in a brutal civil war since 2011 with pro democracy groups and ethnic militias largely combatting the authoritarian government.
