In 1952, he opened The Linvey Theater to bring his stage plays to life. As of 1994, half of the building had been converted into a movie theater under Linvey's approval. In 1958, he was inspired by Maggie Moriano to bring about better rights to actresses in Gatovita's famous film district, Limelight City.
