Elections for People's Assembly occur on average every four years, there is no set term and it is up to the Prime Minister to request the Monarch to call for elections, however the Monarch can also independently call for elections if they believe that the Prime Minister is trying to stay in office longer than they should. All Citizens of the age twenty to the age of eighty-five, who are not currently serving a prison sentence, are required to vote and fill out the list for at least five Members of Parliament.
