Morgenroete Aerospace is an aerospace manufacturer that produces designs, manufactures, and sells airplanes, rotorcraft, rockets, satellites, telecommunications equipment, and missiles worldwide. It is founded in 1935 in Verkun, Valois when Morgenroete Aircraft Company merged with Lucenne Aircraft. The company is the xth largest manufacturer of civil aircraft and is a major defence contractor for the Gristo-Serkonan government. It has three divisions, Morgenroete Defense, Space & Security, Morgenroete Commercial Aviation, and Morgenroete Executive Aviation.
Morgenroete Aerospace's corporate headquarters and main production facilities are located in Verkun, Valois, with additional production and final assembly facilities in Pontiac-Bernadotte, Capital District Region. The corporation also has a vehicle assembly building in Cape Castille Launch Complex.

It has three main divisions, Morgenroete Defense, Space & Security, Morgenroete Commercial Aviation, and Morgenroete Executive Aviation.

- Morgenroete Executive Aviation: Develops the variants of jet airliners for the corporate jet market and the manufacturing of business jets.
