Huỳnh Thiện Khiêm (8 September 1967) is a Quenminese general officer who currently serves in the Royal and Imperial Quenminese Ground Force. He currently holds the rank of Division General, and commands the 536th Division.

Before holding the rank, he commanded Chiếnphi Unit Two as Captain during the Punjab War. His actions and coordination during the defense of Fire Support Base Quang Thắng during Operation Ragoba gained recognition among his peers, including Phùng Minh Thiệu and Bùi Minh Chuyên; this would earn him a two-rank promotion to lieutenant colonel.

Early life

Khiêm was born to a father who is a computer scientist and a mother who was a medic in the Ground Force. He also has one younger brother.

When he was five years old, his mother died during the Paywan Rebellion. This incident inspired him to join the military, despite his father's protests.

At 18, he enrolled at the Hoạn Quốc Tổ Military Officers' College and was commissioned as a second lieutenant with honors.

Military career

During 1992, he served in the 12 July Insurgency, where his leadership skills earned him for the promotion to Captain.

In 1993, he joined Chiếnphi after being selected at the end of the training, and was given command of Chiếnphi Unit Two.
