The Lotbinière doctrine (French: Doctrine de Lotbinière) is an Aininian policy regarding its role on the Nautasian continent, defined by the actions of the cabinet of Prime Minister Marianne de Lotbinière and first formally defined on 15 August 2017 in relation to the intervention in the Rifati Civil War. It is marked by an assertive defence of liberal democracy in Nautasia, growing multilateralism in dealing with Nautasian states, and a willingness to employ military means in its protection of democratic systems of government. The first event to be associated with the doctrine is the joint combat deployment in Kraq with Luziyca in May 2017.

It replaces the Lebrun Doctrine as the guiding formulation of Aininian foreign policy towards Nautasia.
