The National Alliance (AN; French: Alliance nationale) is a far-right nationalist political party in Ainin led by Max Cornell since 2006.
Founded in 1994 by former members of a white supremacist group that had been dispersed following the prosecution of its leaders for hate speech, it gained notoriety during the 1990s for sending millions of unsolicited fliers with racially-charged messages to homes in Southern Ainin. In 2001, an internal power struggle saw the radical white supremacist elements marginalised in favour of middle-class nationalists, led by Max Cornell. Under his leadership, the party began rebuilding its public image and won its first seat in the House of Deputies in 2006. Since then, it has expanded its vote share and seat count at every national and Esquarian Parliament election.
The party subscribes to ethnic nationalism and is, along with its leader Cornell, controversial due to its incendiary rhetoric and policies. It maintains formal opposition to the presence of Islam in Ainin and to Aininian membership in the Esquarian Community. It also supports an end to a six decades-long moratorium on capital punishment and the enactment of legislation to facilitate deportation of illegal immigrants. It is a member of the Party of Esquarian Nationalist Movements.
