Caonaguey is asovereign state in the ... Ocean comprising the island of Great Caonaguey as well as the minor Caonaguey islands to the east of the main island. Prinzdorf is the capital and largest city with over 4.7 million people living within the cities metropolitan area. The island of Great Caonaguey is one of the most populous islands in Aeia.
