The H-Bahn (abbreviation of ''Hochgeschwindigkeitszug Bahn'') is the name of all Highspeed Rail services provided by RGB in Brumen. The H-Bahn is found in all RGB's subsidiaries and is generally its most profitable business units. The first H-Bahn network commenced operations in 1970 along the Dinsmark-Flusstadt rail corridor, which at the time was the busiest and most congested rail corridor in Brumen, was an immediate success. Ridership during its maiden trip was high and the service was able to maintain relatively consistent daily ridership levels. Highspeed Rail became a topic of national discussion, its popularity surged exponentially prompting the RGB to propose multiple expansion plans which were approved by the federal government. Both federal & private loans made by the RGB were approved and each of its subsidiaries soon began construction of their own H-Bahn lines. By 1974 all subsidiaries of RGB had at least one H-Bahn corridor in active service. During its infancy however the H-Bahn proposal was met with fierce resistance, mostly from automobile lobby groups who feared that the implementation of a rapid transit system would lead to a decline in automobile ownership. Politicians who were endorsed by these lobby groups became the most vocal opponents of the H-Bahn network, calling for an end of federal funding for the RGB's H-Bahn expansion programs. Opponents of the H-Bahn argued that the H-Bahn is not entitled to receive both federal & state funding and its continued funding should be derived from the RGBs' own revenues. Eventually in 1975 lawmakers in both Congress and Conclave of the [[Federal Chambers|Bundeskammern]] held public hearings for adoption of the H-Bahn network with all H-Bahn expansions put on hold. In spite of these roadblocks however public support for the H-Bahn and RGB skyrocketed, mostly drive due to the efficiency and convenience delivered by H-Bahn services. Eventually proponents of the H-Bahn in Congress & Conclave prevailed which cemented the H-Bahn as a strategic component of the country's public transportation network, guaranteeing its continued access to government funding on the federal & state levels.
Blitz trains ({{wp|german language|Brumenese}}: Lightning) is a brand and umbrella term that refers to RGB's fleet of H-Bahn trains and are also the [[Rail Transport in Brumen|most commonly used H-Bahn trains found in Brumen]]. All RGB subsidiaries operate H-Bahn trains under the Blitz brand, with the word Blitz itself  used synonymously to describe Brumen's H-Bahn network. Blitz trains were originally envisioned to connect all realm capital cities with Dinsmark to promote and distribute economic, social & political development to the realms. In the modern era it is represented as the official flagship train of Brumen, categorized as the highest service of all rail networks in Brumen. Currently RGB operates two models of Blitz trains: the {{wp|Siemens Velaro|Blitz 3}} with a service speed of 300km/h, and the {{wp|Fuxing (train)|Blitz 4}} with a service speed of 380km/h. The first Blitz train commenced operations 1970 with a single corridor: the Dinsmark-Anfang line and was an immediate success. The Blitz trains, and H-Bahn network as a whole, represented a breakthrough in rail travel for Brumen. Its riders who were used to the slower and more economical R-Bahn trains were impressed by the Blitz trains consistency in delivery punctual departure & arrival times as well as its high level of comfort across all cabin classes. It is also the first train service whose fares are not subsidized by the federal government, proponents arguing that the higher level of comfort & service as  well as the relatively higher operation & maintenance cost of the H-Bahn network justifies the high fares. Noting the Blitz and H-Bahn network's potential to distribute & drive economic growth across its constituent realms the federal government provided loans & subsidies for the construction & expansions of RGB's H-Bahn network. By 1980 all state capitals of each constituent realm were connected by a H-Bahn compatible rail network and served by Blitz trains. Blitz trains offer four types of cabin classes: First, Business & Economy classes. Fist class cabin seats are arranged in a 2+1 configuration whereas Business class arranged in a 2+2 configuration. Both classes offer welcome amenities such as welcome drinks that includes alcoholic beverages, warm towel, {{wp|video on demand}} entertainment system and complimentary meal(s). Economy class seats are arranged in a 3+2 configuration with standard amenities such as blankets & basic toiletries (for overnight services) but must purchase their own meal.

The R-Bahnm (abbreviation of ''Regionalbahn'')
The Regional Express (commonly abbreviated as '''REX'''), is a brand of {{wp|inter-city rail}} services operated by subsidiaries of RGB found across all states and is a part of the country's R-Bahn network. It is the oldest brand used by RGB, having been in operation since the 1920s. REX network utilizes conventional non-HSR trains generally travelling service speeds between 70km/h to 130km/h. Before the construction of the H-Bahn network REX trains were the the sole rail connection between major cities in Brumen, forming the backbone of RGB's business structure. Under article XX of the Kingdom's constitution and a constitutional court ruling, the federal government is obligated to partially subsidize fares of REX trains. Article XX states that the government must provide an affordable and accessible means of public transportation for its citizens. While REX fares are subsidized, its subsidy levels have gradually been reduced and reallocated throughout the years to RGBs commuter & urban rail services that are more commonly used by its more urbanized population. REX trains can be found it all major cities of the Kingdom, serving a variety of inter-city corridors be it short, medium or long-distance ones. Since the establishment of the Blitz trains a majority of all long-distance ridership has been taken up by Blitz trains on the H-Bahn network. However due to its higher fare prices R-Bahn networks, and therefore REX trains, continue to serve these long distance corridors as an alternate means of transportation for those who are unable to afford Blitz train fares. The high fare disparity between Blitz and REX trains means there will always be those will utilize REX trains due to its cheaper fare prices. The commencement of Blitz train operations and rising popularity of air travel have prompted RGB to revamp services provided onboard their REX with a focus on increased passenger comfort & services.

Blitz trains (Brumenese: Lightning) is a brand and umbrella term that refers to RGB's fleet of H-Bahn trains and are also the most commonly used H-Bahn trains found in Brumen. All RGB subsidiaries operate H-Bahn trains under the Blitz brand, with the word Blitz itself used synonymously to describe Brumen's H-Bahn network. Both classes offer welcome amenities such as welcome drinks that includes alcoholic beverages, warm towel, video on demand entertainment system and complimentary meal(s). Economy class seats are arranged in a 3+2 configuration with standard amenities such as blankets & basic toiletries (for overnight services) but must purchase their own meal.

Regional Express

The Regional Express (commonly abbreviated as REX), is a brand of inter-city rail services operated by subsidiaries of RGB found across all states and is a part of the country's R-Bahn network.
