Victoria County is a county in the state of West Monroe. As of the 2020 census, its population was 128,378. The county seat is Victoria. The county was founded in 1594 and is named after Edison Victoria, an attorney general of the Monroe Empire. Victoria County is included in the Victoria Metropolitan Statistical Area.
