Hopkins County is a county located in the state of West Monroe. As of the 2020 census, its population was 16,405. Its county seat is Kellyville.

The county is most known for Lake Hopkins, a man made reservoir located near the town of Winchester, forming the border with Petra County. The lake is lined with rental cabins and is popular for watersports.
