The ministry of maritime authority (MoMa) is part of the Template:Big 3 and the first ministry to be granted land. The MoMa is primalry incharge of the maritime affais of tepror and Template:The S.C.A. They are also the only ministry that has control over a branch of the armed forces. Inside the MoMa the government has not been established properly so a provisional government is currently in power.
