The Sovyet class, is a Ship class of anti-ship and anti-aircraft Guided-missile destroyer of the Usezoyan Navy.
Design
General Specifications
Missiles
The class is outfitted with the P-270 Moskit Anti-ship missile system with two four-cell launchers installed port and starboard of the forward island and set at an angle of about 15 degrees. The Moskit system is a sea-skimming missile platform that has a velocity of 2.5 mach and delivers a 300-kilogram HE payload to ranges of 120 kilometers to strike surface targets.
Located between the forward island and the AK-130 gun emplacement are the Vertical launching system of the class.
The ship has a 64-cell Vertical Launching platform to operate the Kalibr (missile family) anti-ship missile family. This missile platform uses a solid-fuel rocket to propel it out of the launch tube and away from the ship before a turbojet engine activates for the duration of it's flight. The Kalibr is a highly modular platform, but is most commonly utilised as a subsonic weapon reaching speeds of 0.8 mach, delivering a 450kg high-explosive payload to ranges of 300 kilometers. The P-800 Oniks is also capable of being deployed in the same launcher, which is a supersonic ramjet-powered missile that is able to travel at 2.6 mach to deliver a 300kg semi-armour piercing high explosive payload 300 kilometers away.
In front of the 64-cell anti-ship platform is the S-400 missile system anti-air missile, which is a high-performance weapon system which travels over 2.6 mach to hit a target, such as an aircraft or subsonic cruise missile, with a 24kg fragmentation payload. The ship carries 32 of these in the front missile area.
Mounted in front of the hangar but on the hangar structure sits two 12-cell cylinder launchers for the Tor_missile_system#9K330_Tor surface-to-air missile system, which is a solid-fuel propelled platform capable of rapidly accellerating to 2.5 mach to rapidly reach an incoming missile or aircraft 12 kilometers away with a 15 kilogram payload.
Guns
The primary gun platform of the class is the distinctive AK-130 dual-barrel 130mm naval gun located on the front of the ship, which is capable of being autonomously controlled by an operator in a protected environment or operated in a fully automatic mode to fire up to 30-40 rounds per minute per barrel. The AK-130 is equipped with it's own dual-band radar which can track two targets simultaneously to ranges of 75 km, which when combined with a variety of munition types such as standard HE or point-fuse fragmentation rounds allows the weapon to target enemy surface ships, aircraft or enemy missiles.

Elysia Island is a 725 hectare (1,792-acre) island in the Ionic Islands archipelago, located in the Kayamuca sea. The island is owned and operated by Rook resorts as a high-end exclusive resort for the wealthy and the Nobility. The island was first discovered by explorers of the Kayamuca Empire who seldom utilised it, instead opting for more strategically placed islands in the eastern mouth of the Kayamuca Channel separating Belfras and Mutul. This disuse of the island saw it mostly overlooked during the Belfro-Mutulese wars of the 20th century until it was bought by Michael Rook and his company Rook Group. The resort, which opened in 2003, has quickly become one of the world's most prestigious holiday destinations, with guests including millionaires and nobility from every continent on a yearly basis.
The ship has two 30 mm AK-630#AK-630M2 auto-cannon systems, designed to function as a Close-in weapon system or CIWS. The system features a high rate of fire (estimated 10,000 rounds per minute) for intercepting incoming missiles at ranges of up to 5 kilometers. The twin-barrel systems feature a high in-weapon ammunition reserve of 4,000 rounds, allowing it to continue to function should the weapons magazine be compromised during the course of a battle.

Anti-submarine systems
In 1993 Rook Group began a major construction project to convert the island into a resort. During construction, wild-life keepers were brought in to relocate the wild-life temporarily to a reserve on the nearby Tein'walla Island during which they were slowly introduced to humans. The resort was designed by Sir Pellio Maecius and built by Arthuristan-based McDonnell plc. For his work, which won awards for it's beauty, Pellio was granted the rank of count.
The ship features two triple 533mm (21 in) torpedo tubes located port and starboard of the hangar and is capable of being deployed from a collapsible rail system. The torpedo is effective to ranges of 50 kilometers with a speed of 60 knots while also carrying a 300 kilogram payload which can be set to proximity detonation. The torpedo is also capable of being programmed quickly to loiter at a designated position with the intention of intercepting enemy torpedoes.

The resort, named the Paradise Island Resort formally opened in July 2 2003, features 100 private villas. Each villa is of varying size between 1 and 4 bedrooms, features a full kitchen, en-suites and private pool. Private staff for each villa includes a butler and a private chef, along with a masseuse and a large selection of other professional staff available for hire. Private dining on the island can be achieved in the villa, although with prior notice the resort's staff can set up an area anywhere on the island for guests to eat - On their own, with their family, or even as a large group. Five restaurants exist on the island for fine eating as well, featuring world-famous chiefs on a rotating schedule.
The destroyer is also equipped with two 6-barreled RBU-6000 anti-submarine rocket systems, which are capable of firing a large variety of passive and active payloads. The most common payload uses a 23 kilogram warhead and is fired to ranges of 1.5 kilometers to 5.5 kilometers. A new payload is capable of active guidance to deliver a 19 kilogram shaped charge to it's target, allowing it to punch through the hull of a hostile submarine and also allowing it to target divers and torpedoes.

Featured at the resort is a spa with 12 treatment pavilions, saunas, jacuzzis, experience showers, and a 24-hour fitness center. The spa also includes a 50-meter long swimming pool and the complex is  located next to the Lamaseze Resturaunt in what has become locally known as "The Avenue", a luxuriously paved stone walkway that also features the Rook Pavilion, the largest venue on the island which is constantly being used, as a meeting venue for businesses, a concert hall for guests, a wedding venue, and much more. Featured at the resort are also a number of tennis courts, a soccer field, private access to the island's beaches - including two private cove beaches which are included with both of the largest 10-room villas built on the island.
Helicopter
In 2010 the resort closed for a year while renovations and new constructions were made - renovations had been underway since 2008 and the closure was due to heavy construction occurring within that year. The new constructions featured a revamped private desalination system, relaid ocean power and wifi cables, emergency power systems, two new helipads and a new security center located under Rook Pavilion. New buildings for guests included a library, a Tsurushimese bathhouse, a new pavilion with a private cinema and a purpose-built nightclub. A new building on the Avenue was inhabited by several high-brand shops and jewelers. Away from the resort, soil was shifted to create a produce garden which can be freely visited and it's fruits and vegetable utilised by guests at will. Finally, a greenhouse was built by the garden which features plants from all over the world, separated into continent-based rooms.
The ship features a fixed hangar and a large helicopter pad to operate two Kamov Ka-27 anti-submarine helicopters. The ship is also capable of operating the Kamov Ka-50, a dedicated attack helicopter capable of fast strikes on enemy sea and land targets.

Countermeasures
Privacy, security and access
Featured aboard the destroyer are four standard chaff launchers, located on the four corners of the ships main structure and are able to be triggered manually or automatically by the ships threat detection software.

The island is entirely owned by Rook Resorts and under Federation law the island in it's entirety is classified as private property. This was expanded in 1991 when Michael Rook bought the rights to the surrounding waterway, resulting in a privacy barrier to keep paparazzi from encroaching close to the island. The intrusion of private property or the usage of high-zoom lenses to take photographs or video of the property without the written consent of the island owners and the subject of the photograph is deemed a criminal offense (see Hershal vs Thessalona Herald 1974 and Crown vs Celeb Times 2012).
Installed in 2016, four new Advanced Defensive Launcher systems, positioned between the funnel and hangar structures, is capable of launching passive and active countermeasures. These countermeasures are capable of firing a pattern of IR-fooling chaff, defeating electronic-guided munitions, entering the water for anti-torpedo passive defense, or active-kill munitions to seek out and destroy incoming torpedoes. Short-range missiles are also housed in the ADLS, capable of striking targets up to 850 meters from the vessel. The same missile motor is also used to launch and then keep an IR and electromagnetic decoy aloft to fool certain kinds of guidance software.

The Rook Group utilises their own private security firm - Rook Security - for security on the island and patrolling the nearby waterway. The private security firm also operates an emergency clinic on the island for emergencies and, if needs be, makes use of the island's airstrip to evacuate any injured guests or employees to the Ionic Islands. The Ionic Island Police Force makes weekly visits to the island and is capable of responding to an emergency within three hours, and the Belfrasian Coast Guard includes the island on it's regular far-sight patrol list - Meaning the vessel is in extreme visual range to not disturb the guests but be able to police the area if needs be.

The island's first pier was built in 1985 after the Investiture of Michael Rook as the Marquess of the Ionic Islands. Since then the island has become home to a small airstrip, helipad, and three docks; Two docks for yacht mooring and one for private boat hire to explore the nearby sandbanks, jet-skiiing, or diving.

The Sovyet class, is a class of anti-ship and anti-aircraft guided-missile destroyers of the Usezoyan Navy.

Located between the forward island and the AK-130 gun emplacement are the Vertical launching systems of the class.

The ship has a 64-cell Vertical Launching platform to operate the Kalibr anti-ship missile family.

In front of the 64-cell anti-ship platform is the 9M96E anti-air missile, which is a high-performance weapon system which travels over 2.6 mach to hit a target, such as an aircraft or subsonic cruise missile, with a 24kg fragmentation payload. The ship carries 32 of these in the front missile area.

Mounted in front of the hangar but on the hangar structure sits two 12-cell cylinder launchers for the 9K330 surface-to-air missile system, which is a solid-fuel propelled platform capable of rapidly accellerating to 2.5 mach to rapidly reach an incoming missile or aircraft 12 kilometers away with a 15 kilogram payload.

The ship has two 30 mm AK-630M2 auto-cannon systems, designed to function as a Close-in weapon system or CIWS.

The ship features two triple 533mm (21 in) torpedo tubes located port and starboard of the hangar and is capable of being deployed from a collapsible rail system. The torpedo is effective to ranges of 50 kilometers with a speed of 60 knots while also carrying a 300 kilogram payload which can be set to proximity detonation. The torpedo is also capable of being programmed quickly to loiter at a designated position with the intention of intercepting enemy torpedoes.

Helicopter

The ship features a fixed hangar and a large helicopter pad to operate two Kamov Ka-27 anti-submarine helicopters. The ship is also capable of operating the Kamov Ka-52K, a dedicated attack helicopter capable of fast strikes on enemy sea and land targets.

Countermeasures

Featured aboard the destroyer are four standard chaff launchers, located on the four corners of the ships main structure and are able to be triggered manually or automatically by the ships threat detection software.

Installed in 2016, four new Advanced Defensive Launcher systems, positioned between the funnel and hangar structures, is capable of launching passive and active countermeasures.
