The following is a list of prime ministers of Kertosono since the formation of such office in 1901 as a result of the formation of Kertosono. While the then independent entities of Kertosono each had their own prime ministers and other head of governments which continue on after joining the empire of Kertosono, they are not the direct predecessors of the office of prime minister, as they do not act on behalf of the entire country.

The prime minister of Kertosono, natively called the mahamantri, leads the cabinet of Kertosono, accountable to the lower house of parliament. While the monarch of Kertosono has full power over the selection of prime ministers, the leader of the largest party or coalition is almost always chosen by convention. The current prime minister is Sulistyono Raharjo, who has held the office since 1994 and is currently the longest-serving prime minister of Kertosono.
