The prime minister of Caminoes (Caminoan: Primus) is the head of government of Caminoes. The prime minister chairs the Cabinet of Caminoes and has the ability to select and dismiss its Ministers of Government. The prime minister also serves as the commander-in-chief of the Caminoan Armed Forces and as a sitting member of the [[Kaminoa Dieta]]. The individual is appointed by the President of Caminoes after being elected by a general vote. The prime minister must retain the nomination of the Dieta and answer to parliament to remain in office.
