Prem, Victor, Sak, Baron of Tups, Ghrat and Company (Shinasthana: 般棄索對矦謁于它商室, prem-kits-sak-ktups-gwa-ghrat-gwra-lal-stang-stit), doing business publicly as Prime Industrial Manufacturing Company Limited from 1944 to 1979 and then as Prime Corporation, is a Themiclesian multinational company in the business of semiconductor design and manufacture. Prime is one of the leading companies in its sector and often considered to be the most advanced amongst its peers. It is traded as PCO on the L'odh Stock Exchange and is also listed in four other exchanges under different symbols.

Prime was founded by eponymous engineers Prem and Sak in 1837, specializing in rotary mechanisms and later possessed a portfolio of dozens of industrial products after mergers. It entered the business of electronic components in 1952 and began developing integrated circuits in 1970 as the industry was transitioning from discrete logic. Though semiconductors (and other computer components) were a key business area, it became the company dominant source of revenue by 1988, as Themiclesian industrial sector was straining under fierce competition from Dayashina. In 1992, Prime pivoted by selling everything not semiconductor-related—to finance its purchase of the Rak-Sin Consortium, a chip design house, and further investments in factories.

Prime is tax-resident in Kien-k'ang, but its actual headquarters and one of its fabrication campuses are located at the city of Plai. The company address on file had been an empty plot of land on Corn Lane North, on which a welcome centre for job applicants and tourists has since appeared.
